Ok, if you don't mind me asking, what is the secret to curing Pardo translucent to clear. I make hollow beads, but just can't seem to find my way to clear...have seen glimmers of it, but nothing perfect. If you don't want to say, I understand that too....

Hi Claire,
If there is a secret it would be using very thin clay, but I'm not doing anything special or secret. I try to be very careful to not get the slightest bit of colored clay in my translucent. I bake at 275 for 40 to 60 minutes and don't use an ice bath after baking. I do tumble my beads and then buff them. Hope that helps and wish there WAS a secret. ;)
